Design Support Specialist

Location: USA - Remote

We are searching for talented individuals who not only know graphic design, but also how to make customers happy and are dedicated to making that happen. If you are a people person with excellent graphic design, phone and written skills, we want to talk to you.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Monitor and field incoming customer phone calls, emails and web chats, to assist customers with their custom t-shirt orders. Help customers design their short sleeve t-shirts, long sleeve t shirts and other apparel. Work closely with other CheapesTees.com internal departments to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction with each and every order and every customer contact. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Mac User
  • Top-notch skills in Adobe Illustrator and PhotoShop
  • 2-5 years experience with graphic t-shirt design
  • Knowledge of the screen printing and embroidery industry is a huge plus
  • Creativity and knowledge of current design style trends
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow through on assignments and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills

  • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor Degree Preferred, but not required
  • Upbeat, friendly personality with a "can-do" attitude
  • Proactive work ethic and team-oriented mindset

  • PAY & HOURS

    Pay level is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications. This is a part-time position that may move to full-time, depending on skills and the desire to grow within the company. Approximately 15-25 hours per week to start.
