What is your return policy? 

We offer free returns for unwashed and undecorated merchandise for any reason up to 60 days from the order date. Reach out to returns@cheapestees.com to request a return. View our full return policy here for more details. 

How long does it take to receive an order? 

Most of our blank garment orders are delivered in 1–3 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method. Occasionally, orders take a day or two longer. View estimated delivery dates on item pages, in your shopping cart, and at checkout. For custom garments, the majority of orders are delivered within 7–10 business days after approving your proof. Expedited shipping is available. 

What is the minimum order size?

For blank garments, we do not have a minimum order size. You’re welcome to purchase a single item. For custom printing, our minimum order size is six items. For custom embroidery, the minimum order size is 12 items. 

Can I receive a sample before making an order?

Yes you can. Order any item that you’re interested in sampling through our website or give us a call. We don’t send free samples but we do credit back the cost of shipping the samples up to $8.95 against your subsequent order if it’s placed within 30 days and totals $100 or more. You can also return your sample through our free return policy.
